Arp, I think that the "correction" has to do with the fairvalue being below .01 at the time of the dividend conversion scheme and the advantages it gave YA at the time they were doing it and the fairvalue now being above .01 and YA has calculated that it will likely remain above.01 and possibly they've calculated it will go above .02 and likely stay there. With the fair price above .01 it is advantagous to YA to convert the way they were supposed to all along. If the fair value price was still below .01, [Just My OPINION] I don't believe we would have seen the "correction". P.S. I really hope it was a "mistake" and the posters here forced them to correct it but I just don't feel that's the case.
