he was a player in the mid 70's but never
really pursued his career other than 2 years in
the minors but had a great passion for coaching sports
that he really left the game without giving it a chance..
i mean my dad got him to meet phil niekro and spend some time
with him in 73 on how to pitch the knuckler and he really perfected it but i thought gave up too soon..
but he is very successful high school coach in football
and president of the south florida youth football optimist league and done terrific in the business world and was told
by randy shannon that he would be a part of his coach staff
as randy is expecting a defensive coordinating jobs in the nfl next year ,so i guess it all worked out ok...
