Arpvrp, that is exactly what jumped to me out of reading of the 10Q, they are cleaning the house. I was frustrated seeing that with al the dilution that went on the first 2Q (almost 1B) we were not even up to 25% cancelation of the Series C (which is the worst of all in my opinion). Now we are passed 50% of the 22Million preferred.

But, why we were credited $700.000 extras? I have no idea, but it works for me.

I need a coffee...I am not awake yet ;)
