<rant>Big surprise no PR! Well, the lawsuit seems to be controlling AVVH right now. It appears, they do not want to move forward with the launch or filing their updated financials until the lawsuit has been settled.

The problem here is that the plaintiffs called AVVH's bluff and asked the NY courts to move the court date back 2 weeks to December 8th. AVVH had anticipated to have the court throw out the lawsuit and rule is AVVH's favor yesterday. Therefore, AVVH would announce their FULL product launch and that hey have filed all of the audited financials thus removing the 'Caveat Emptor' status on Pinksheets and become fully reporting. This would have been HUGE! Now we are going to get some BS from the company saying that the auditors are working as fast as they could and should be another couple of weeks...Which would put them in to announce around the time of the next (Dec. 8)court hearing.

I have remained positive in this stock for a long time but enough is enough! C'MON AVVH CUT THE B.S. ALREADY!!!!IT'S TIME TO MOVE FORWARD </rant>

This is all just my opinion and have no facts to base this rant on...pure speculation...I feel better now.
