You can't let YA do what ever they want. They will do what they want with regards to making money, I believe YA just doesn't want to sit back and let them do unnecessary damage. This way YA knows they are being held accountable.

Neom is now ready to stand on their own. Revenue is coming in (and will grow).
I applaud YJ, Claw and others for taking a stand. They have saved us from far worse dilution before by taking a stand and making it known.
