I will say it one more time, SHARES ARE BEING DUMPED!! Perhaps a few billion. Until this stops, we can't go up. For those of you with level 2, I guess when GVRC leaves the ask. Stop acting confused and dismayed at the lack of rise, it will happen in due time.
