MDGC is in the wireless WIMAX business and this is a gigantic deal.

These guys are working with deals with national carriers.

We are still waiting to find out which national carriers but it could possibly include Clearwire, Verizon or AT&T.

MDGC is all ready in multiple US markets and they are looking to expand their presence.

Once they get their deal with a national carrier MDGC could go to the MOON.
