Here is some knowledge on mines/inground assets and assays (at the moment I am working on several inground asset/mine financing requests):

1. Generally the closer to the surface precious metals are the easier to get them out
2. Core drilling ie 10-15 meters deep means major heavy equipment, labor and expense required to get precious metals
3. Fire assay generally burns off most precious metals out of all assay techniques (chemical solution/liquid drip generally one of the top)
4. Always evaluate what form of sediment precious metals are in- some require more equipment and expertise along with capital than others
5. Location location location- the harsher the climate or location of metals the greater cost it will take to continue production during rough season- the better the climate less cost and delay due to weather
