What is a "floater"....

Is it a drill ship?...semi submersible?....jackup...FPSO?

If Addax needed 6, for the JDZ...Then the cat would be out of the bag, and the price would be jumping....vertically!

Are these "floater" (which we don't know what they are)...needed for the JDZ, or shallow water stuff that Addax already is involved in.

More questions than answers...as always!...better than the complaining, however.
