Has anyone considered the scope of size increase? This new facility is 4.5 times larger than their current one. The new one is about 1/2 the size of the average Costco. What will they do there? They do not manufacture items, and very little assembly. 75 employees divided by 75,000 is 1000 sq. ft per person, not bad. I am not complaining but it sure seems a bit big and they have to heat this place!
