I'm not happy with Dick on this either, BUT he did NOT lie. He made a promise that wasn't kept. Big difference. Still, NOT OK, but not the same as intentionally misrepresenting something.
I don't see how, without proof, you can be 100% sure of ANYthing having to do with who bought what shares when. IF these guys picked up millions of shares at sub penny prices... then this too... will come to light. You are making very serious insider trading allegations, and I would be very careful if I were you.... because, I do believe you are exposing yourself to possible legal action.
I'd like to know too... who was buying millions of shares at such low prices.... and IF there was any legal wrongdoing associated with these buys... IF so... Let 'em suffer the consequences.
