CNOA management is not trustworthy.

100% owned Ankang did rice trading and made gross profit of 25 mil with rev of 112 mil in last 8 months of 08.

Dalian did profit of 2.4mil in 07 and cnoa paid 10.6 mil for 60% and cnoa paid 6-7 mil to 40% of Dal in 09 so far.

Something fishy ???
