The farms are long term projects and all built upon another company coming up with the funding and clearing the way to get them built. The pressure is not from there, it is producing algae oil to meet the commitment that is only a month away. This is needed by BEHL in order to sustain themselves and fund future projects, without it, they will struggle more and become more dependant on other companies to achieve their goals. They must cross this first hurdle or they are done, after that you are talking a hope and prayer that someone else dumps money into their lap.
