Tax issues re why set up MOASS at end of year with no expenses to use before end of year!!

If it comes PLUS PLUS taxes!

Also not good before X-mas if a bunch of MM's go down!!
and banks!!

I think FIRNA and SEC waiting till NEW YEAR!!
