I am long term and I will not even consider selling until the next news is out. That said, I am quite frustrated at the lack of communication from JD. I am not asking for news for the sake of news. I am asking for a statement saying whether or not the NDA agreements are still in place and whether negotiations are ongoing. Now, I know that many will say that JD does not care about the stock price. But, as we all know, he has a fiduciary duty to care about the stock price.

K from Cal... can you find something... anything... out. You seemed to have info about the size of the NDA (219 pages) that nobody else had. Also, someone must know something about how the research at Carleton is going.
