Here is how it will play out imo..

You guys know how I like to get long winded, but here is what will play out imo. Palmaz Scientific, CT Holdings, and CDSS Wind Down (CWDW) are going to complete what is called a triangle reverse merger. Sounds confusing but this is how I think it will play out.

Basically in a reverse triangular merger, a subsidiary ("Sub") of the acquiring corporation ("Acquiring") merges into the target corporation ("Target"). Acquiring's Sub stock is converted into Target stock and the former Target shareholders receive the merger consideration in exchange for their Target stock.

Sound familiar? Solomon has done this before with another medical device company:
