And the other guys with crazy numbers of shares.
I'd like to be in your "predicament" of what to do with my 2 million shares (or whatever crazy number you have).
You can either go for the glory and hold out to see if it hits 3-4 or above, sell half (or a big chunk) now and let the rest ride, or get out of Dodge now with a cool couple million.
I don't like choice number 1 of holding all the shares because of valuation concerns. Plus, when FDA approval comes most people are going to be dumping shares like mad. And with 300 million + outstanding there might be a sharp plunge, and if the buyout comes after a plummet, it's not likely to be in the 3 to 4 range. And more dilution is on the horizon.
But, up to now IMGG has defied all logic and has just kept chugging upward relentlessly. Hard enough to figure out what to do with 30k shares, let alone a mil or 2 !
