I dont remember seeing any "News" about the merger being cancled. I do see the bullish trend reversal and I will believe what I see.
And i never put my money into this based on a merger. BEHL is fine with or without ANY other company. When and if DF comes out and says no merger that is when I will believe it.

Funny thing about this is I think the people saying they are bailing cause of no merger were the same ones saying that RWE was going to screw up our share structure.

Some people are never happy. If you are going to sell your shares then sell them and move on. Nobody really cares and I dont think announcing that your selling or buying is anything any good investor will do.
