I could be missing something too. I just glanced at it.

It just seemed real odd that the comapny looks like they are PREpaying for elctronics before paying their taxes that are past due.

Here's a simple question:

What type of electronics are they selling since they are catering to insurance industry?

And why would they prepay a huge amount of their available cash for these electronics instead of just buy them as they need them (and at the same time have back taxes owed)?

I might see a company prepaying for a huge amount like that IF they had an agreement in place to supply a large company with such electronic products.
but I don't even know what the electronics are and am not sure whom their target audience would be to sell these elctronics in the insurance industry.

I'll let you answer the real simple question since I couldn't locate an answer for it after about 15 minutes of looking and don't have much time:

Don't get me wrong, I like the work you do but usually come off as the grumpy curmudgeon when first asking about a company and not seeing easy answers smile Maybe you have them.
