I would file it right up there with ignorant investors….. DO NOT CARE….. IT HAS NO VALUE CURRENTLY TO BEHL…. It is a nice thing to think about when both companies have a nice balance sheet and income statement to gloat over, but currently neither have squat, so a merger between the two means absolutely nothing of monetary value currently for an investor. As you can see the day it was announced what happened to the PPS? The joint venture has monetary value, and as an investor that is all you should be concerned with currently.
