I didn't get a chance to finish.
They sold that in the ground gold for 7.7 cents per ounce? And that does not include the equipment that gemini had?
I cant believe that I got the math right here. Lets see:
100,000,000 shares x $.0023 = $ 230,000.00. Thats right.
$230,000.00 / 3,000,000 ounces in the ground = $.0767/ounce
So all that Gemini is now worth is the $230,000 that they got from Colorado Goldfields. I bet the bosses give themselves a nice big fat bonus in the amount of ohh lets say $230,000.00.
With 4.5 million shares according to etrade we get :
$230,000.00 divided by 4,500,000.00 million shares = $.051/share, assuming there are no outstanding debts left after the transaction.
3,000,000 x 1035.00/ounce= $3.105 Billion in gold, no damn wonder goldfields calls this their seminal event.
It hurts so bad I cant even sit down right now.
