You mean since the 10/29/09 LOI announcement or should that not be taken seriously. Well, it probably shouldn't be taken seriously, but I digress. You mean that's the very last LOI ever? But why? They've been so productive with them in the past. So on 10/29/09 an LOI is a great thing, but as of 11/16 they're no good. I get it.
