No I'm at work and it was just dumb luck that I popped up an old Yahoo Finance portfolio of shells I'm hanging on to and I see that the 8K was actually sprung last week- I keep all the tickers in my real-time streamer of course, but, I don't pay any attention unless I see trading action 
Anyway, that first sentence is very strange:
On November 10, 2009 (the "Dismissal Date"), the Board of Directors of Centracan Incorporated (the "Registrant") dismissed Seale and Beers, CPAs ("Seale"), its independent registered public accounting firm whom it had previously engaged on August 10, 2009, but which firm has not provided any services to date.
