If Dicon Technologies is this great company, why was it sold for a paltry $4.5 Million which included a new building that was recently built at a cost of over $3.5 Million?

Moreso, if SPNG was using Dicon as the manufacturer because Dicon owned the patented technology, why were their revenues so low that the sale was less than $1 Million for the business (assume $3.5 Million for the building).

The numbers don't jive.
