A realist post like my last one would have gotten me kicked off Agoracon! The vol. is now 500K ask .17c. I think the price has to go down because new uncertainty has been introduced with the new reexam. I hope they survive but apparently reexams are easily approved by the USPTO. I see no reason why there will not be more reexams until the patents expire. Supposedly there is a 5 yr look back that is allowed but I would suspect that the reexams could go beyond that time. I think we will be bankrupt way before then. This is a horrible investment. Their primary source of income is totally controlled by TPL and they give absolutely no transparency on that income source. PTSC might still make it but the odds have increased.
