Sinopec is probably waiting to make finish JDZ drilling.. However, Sinopec may also be waiting to make sure ERHC doesn't get screwed out of rights to 4 STP EEZ blocks... So if Sinopec doesn't make an offer after JDZ drilling, then it could come after STP EEZ awards blocks...

However, if it doesn't come after JDZ drilling, or after STP EEZ block awards, then it's going to be another long wait.. Because that would mean SEO doesn't want to sell until after STP EEZ drilling..

I hope we don't have to wait that long...
