Great post!
and the reply to that:
I don't think the shorters are worried about taxes yet.
"shorting the box"

This thought fits right in with the DTCC and shorting a company into non existance.
Here we have a tax loop hole that income from a short position relised from a company that does not exisit is not viewed as income. So the DTCC can naked short a company into bankruptsy and pay no income taxes.
I could post links for yall to read, but then I'd looks some Area 51 geek spewing nonsense.

Yes QASP's PR does have the potential, and too open for a massive pie in the sky scam. I'm holding my breath for one of these PRs to come under the microscope and shut this thought down for good. Everyone knows I love cheap shares, but I'm long with a good size base of shares. I know things take time and in this instant gratification society we live in, its eary to make a buck off of weakness and emotions.
I pray for soild news wrapped in names, adresses, numbers, SEC fillings, and prs from other financial companies colaborating these QASP PRs. I just want to see the BEEF. I've played long enough with these shares, I'm ready for a return. I'm holding out with my eyes wide open and ready to bail.
We all know talk is cheap and I just typed about a pennys worth.
If nothing concrete comes till DEC 15, where do you think this will be? Am sorry just saying you have financing in place is one thing, but to get a loan of that size PRed on the banks web site is paramount. How many times do you see signs put on building projects that say the new chickFila is financed by X anad X Bank? I want to see that sign.
QASP has definitly drew the line in the sand with this last PR. Time to go full circle and name names. I don't see how having your financial partner come out for a photo shoot is gonna screw up the aquisitions. I think they would want to show boat their loan.
As I have always said time is not on QASPs side. The longer it takes to show these prs in concrete the more potential we see a sub penny pps.
I have no alternative motive for sounding negative here.I want a real price run on something solid.
I'll be more than happy to eat my words here, and hope I do. I want the best for me, not be strung along with a pipe dream.
From the last two days of post, yall are just guessing
Go QASP, I need a mortgage to pay off in full.
