New to board, and looks interesting as per slides of recent presentation.

my dd brought up 2 questions:
1) one of reverse split in 4/09 and later issuance of 20.25mill sh common for conversion for old Pref shares that were never reverse split from a yahoo finance message board: (http://messages.finance.yahoo.com/Stocks_%28A_to_Z%29/Stocks_C/threadview?m=tm&bn=95116&tid=81&mid=81&tof=3&frt=20)
2) what are terms of attempted raising of $15mill and how will that dilute present shares.
