It'll first start with an email to one of a select few on this board. That email will be posted here suggesting that something big will happen by end of year and PR will come soon - countdowns in number of days will begin and people will take into account that Christmas week the markets are closed. And so the number of days remaining till end of year will decrease further with excitement

PR about success of work with military will be released and excitement will build further with board marks increasing. This will pretty much drive the volume till the end of the year and nothing will actually happen...may be a dump but that's about it...because technically Steve didn't PR anything will happen by end of yr, it was only posted by someone on the board. All that he PRd was success of somatics on Military.

Wow..I'm getting good at this after a few yrs. May be I should charge people for making predictions.
