Welcome to the club. Without naming names, there are a handful of us on this board who have sunk a major chunk of our net worth in to this. (I suspect some of us may have shared the same broker who was getting promising 'updates' from people in management.)
Failure is not really an option! Unfortunately, neither is "sell and move on". I can't afford to do that at this point. I'm a financial planner's worst nightmare. Nearly all my eggs are in one basket and I was watching that basket very closely. Unfortunately, ten years later, all I have to show is a six-figure paper loss.
So, don't think I'm critical just to be nasty. I've got so much skin in this game, like several others, I just can't afford to be complacent any longer. BS like "watershed events" didn't improve my outlook nor my pocketbook.
I sincerely hope "it" happens but the longer it drags on, the more serious my concern about management's ability to get the job done.
