PFS & OS are co primary endpoints. I read that differently I guess. Coprimary endpoints. PFS is dead. 1/2 their primary endpoint failed. Someone tell me why they think the FDA will approve this drug without both endpoints being met. I did not read anywhere where it said OS is the primary endpoint and PFS is the secondary endpoint. Without both you have nothing. Has anyone even considered the idea that there may be another drug out there that works better. Not many people on this board I don't think.
