I was just checking things out a couple of days ago and found this. Not sure if anyone else had found this or not.
I checked out USAU's company address because of BESE's september sec filings.
The address returns to Moore & Associates in Las Vegas which is a CPA firm. Thats ok it didn't bother me.
Then I ran a check on the USAU's company phone number as listed on their web site. 760-200-4108
Well well, the number is listed not to Karl Harz the president and director of USAU, but it is registered to Gary M Campbell who lives in Palm Desert California.
You ask, so what, who is Gary M Campbell? He is the director of Mariposa Resources LTD, Better known as MPOA, the ticker symbol. What do they do, they mine gold. MPOA shares are priced at, last time I looked, between .40 to .50 cents. We know that BESE has entered into a material definitive agreement with Mariposa and USAU, but not sure if both have gone for the option yet. Time will tell but I think that news is going to come sooner than we think?I wonder if all three companies are going to join as one. This could become very interesting.
