Firstly, I own shares and most likely more than many here. My point was for the company to sell warrants for the purpose of raising working capital. If they did the reverse and in turn brought the share price up to around .50 cents or higher they could then sell $1.00 warrants to current shareholders for .20 cents and in return not have to dilute the company for raising cash, which by the way is happening currently. This option creates value to the company and places them in a position to seek market capital from financial institutions at favorable rates.

A reverse can be a productive way to bring value to a company if done properly with the intent of building value to a company. If SDVI management wants to grow the company and get product from the pipeline to the market my plan is a valuable way to achieve this with out diluting the current shareholders.

Also, the crack comments show your lack of intellect of not only raising capital in a tough financial market but common decency to have a spirited debate without personal attacks. In addition, the moderators on this board are remiss in their obligation by not removing personal attacks that are a TOS of Ihub rules....
