It all depends on what other news the company dishes out and how long PSC goes for and if the major holders hold... I see at least .05 - .10 this year if the company springs gov. funding...I've read estimations as high as .50, which is stretching it and probably not possible without revenues which I can't see coming for a year or more... I need to do more DD still... I find I change my opinion from time to time though - .05 for sure, maybe even this week :) IMO
