Honestly, I haven't seen the site. But the real short answer is that technology has taken 4-6 weeks and turned it into 7-10 days if you're cheap and want low cost shipping. It seems like a very astute business plan is being executed here. We shouldn't have to worry about such an obvious strategic blunder.
