ANOTHER SCAM
The U.S. Business Authority ceases all negotiations with Subjex Corporation fearing fraud relating to the AiNDEE project.

The USBA has ceased all negotiations and ongoing business ventures with Subjex corporation (a publicly traded company on the OTC, ticker symbol SBJX) due to the unwillingness of its founder Andrew Hyder to meet the requirements set forth in our agreement to meet the standards for development the company promised during the development and negotiation process. When confronted with their inability to meet their own set standards red flags were raised by our in-house watchdog division in conjunction with our fraud division. These red flags were further fueled when Mr. Hyder insisted that we purchase 800,000 shares of their stock (held in treasury) in order to keep the company afloat for another 45 days fearing they would become insolvent and lose their listings on the OTC prior to signing our agreement. A formal report will be drafted and available to involved parties (including SBJX share holders) in order to determine the validity of the technology Mr. Hyder touted in order to procure funding for his ailing company. We believe it is all a sham as the company has yet been able to deliver the goods it has promised and when controls were set in place in order to ensure the reliability of the software, Mr. Hyder made a formal statement to withdraw all negotiations. A private investigation is underway and will be shared with interested parties including the SEC and other regulatory bodies to ensure that foul play is not a factor aside from unethical business practices. A lawsuit against the organization is likely to ensue.
