As I understand it they already
have finances lined up for the first small
scale production and that production should
finance further development.

Perhaps they can keep the share price of MXMI up
(helped by issuing the dividend as restricted shares)
and make some deals with insiders for more money as well
but it is possible to carry on without any funding via MXMI.
