One more thing.
Penny stock trading is totally depending on the mood.

If it looks like bullish, everybody gets on board.
If it looks like bearish, everybody stays back.
Fundamental doesn't matter actually.

Look at EOPI today. New? Yes, but not very awesome.
Fundamental good? O/S is not many? No.
It is just "I buy because you buy."
Same thing, "I sell because you sell."
