Today on FOX News, John Boogle's ( founder of Vanguard's fund ) interview highlights:

He says he is not a market forecaster, but thinks that market is close to a bottom, if not the bottom.
He thinks S&P is no longer expensively valued.
He is surprised by the silence of 75 largest institutional investors in light of corporate scandals and companies cooking the A/C books.
He thinks that at least 40-50 % of CEOs are honest and ethical.
He has recently written a book titled "Character Counts".
