If I can clarify one point, I believe the third parties would be funding the project in exchange for the ability to sell the Carbon Credits on the market. So they wouldn't get shares they would get the credits. Am I right on that? Or is there some other interested parties?

Deal on the merits of the company, not on the hopes or fears of the inexperienced.
