is said "These first four acquisitions of these well established aviation and aerospace related businesses will add an estimated $150 million to Quasar's revenue and $15 million in EBITDA for the Company's fiscal year 2010. "

So the 150 was not proposed funding it was an est of what QASP would make once the first 4 acquisitions were done and up and running.. READ READ before you speak
