Jess, You are correct - sort of - IR responded to a direct question concerning H1N1 and answered the inquiry by saying we should not expect to see an Animal Rule approval for H1N1 - a very "specific" response from IR. However, based on this IR response, there is absolutely no reason to discount the imminent possibility for an EUA related to VHFs - which, as Sunstar has recently suggested, could shortly become a reality.
