Vineseeker - Yes I know the story. She dumped her shares to avoid a significant downturn in a Drug Company stock she owned. The "Leak" or insider info most likely came from her friend who was the CEO at the time. It was a drug company that was suppose to have a new drug win FDA approval but instead it did not get the approval ergo the stock tanked. She lied when she said that her broker activated an automatic sell trade, for her shares in the drug company at a certain level, when in fact that was proven to be a lie when documents were proven to have been tampered with by her broker. The only point of the story was that she ended up serving time because of a cover up of a "Leak". At least that is the way I remember the story. Something negative happened to her broker but I have forgotten exactly what that was. He may have been bared from trading.
