3 to one buys and no significant gains?

We've had 3 decent PR's all in line with what Alamo forcasted, a LOI, an IPO and now the acquisition.
All with little or no real impact on the PPS?
is this build up, and no change in the pps isnt that alarming?
or is the another factor that i cant see like the MM's agenda or whatever?
