There is speculation that OneFi is involved with EBITDA Capital to receive Broadband stimulus funding to provide wireless equipment. "Public Response" to Ebitda Capital Broadband funding applications are available for viewing at the "BroadbandUSA" website. A public response was filed for each of the 5 applications and are linked below. At this time OneFi Technology has not published any information saying that they are involved with EBITDA Capital.
