Tried that - it worked much better. Thanks

As soon as i get this mess from my plumbing cleaned up I am going to do more research on these. Still not sure of what I need to buy more of and how often - want to stock up so I don't have to worry about it.

Meant to ask you about this - my cartridges came charged - is that sufficient for the 1st time or should I charge them again.
