I agree. The SECs letter spelling out the reasons for the investigation should be in the ibox along with the Skull & Cross bones symbol and warning. Both of them are certainly more relevant than what is in there now. There is no legitimate reasons for keeping these material facts out of the ibox and placed as sticky notes.
