Well, i'm not one to split hairs with you. And you *might* find this difficult to believe but...INVESTIGATION INTO A COMPANY GOES FAR BEYOND A SIMPLE SUSPENSION. My statement was clear...I thought.

Call the SEC and ask them if Spongetech is currently the subject of an investigation a see what they tell you. Copy and paste from Pinksheets all night if you want. What I said was correct.

I made NO assertion as to whether they are or aren't. Merely pointing out what was told to me today.
