There is absolutely no reason for a RS!
That is a complete speculative statement and completely untrue. Please don't spread rumors. Post the name and phone number of the person that gave you this information.

If what you say is true and NIR does in fact not own the shell then it would be up to the new owner of the shell to make that decision. NIR will own this shell because they are the major shareholder.

There is absolutley no reason why this shell would be taken out of bankrupty if there was no ultimate plan for the shell. Do you know how much it costs to take a company public? I am positive you don't...As an ex-wall street trader I do know. It is a lot cheaper to do a reverse merger. This is what will happen here. Then the stock is going to run big time. Especially since I know therte is a big short position here...lol

However, If you want to bash the stock down further I welcome it because I would love to own more of this stock at a lower price.

Mark my words there will be something of value put into the shell. Watch as NIR takes control and makes it happen.
