Scottie,
Look for a possible NT-10Q filing with the SEC tomorrow.
They have to post financials for the quarter by the 15th of the month. IF not, then they have to file this form for a 5 day extension. With tomorrow being the 13th, I think we will get our 10Q on Nov. 18th which will be next wed.
